The Federal government is focused on increasing its telework practices, moving beyond the minimum. After all, telework supports better work/life balance, a clean environment, business stability, recruiting and retention, and relief on the already congested roadways.

The seventh Town Hall Meeting, entitled "Moving Beyond 10 Percent Teleworking", provided the opportunity for government and industry attendees to participate in an open dialogue on how telework fits into the bigger picture for Federal government, roadblocks in widespread adoption, and how to move the participation needle beyond 10 percent.

Consisting of two tracks, the event program explored telework policies, performance, management, and technology for executive management, HR, and IT departments.
